PACIFIC Cutting department is equipped with wide range of cutting tables having different widths to accommodate Tubular and open width fabric.

PACIFIC stitching is based on an efficiency level which can compete with International standards. 3 stitching floors are equipped with 200 machines which have been specially modified to give a clean finish to the garment and utilize the human resources at the optimal level as well as occupy less electricity to make the production environment with less cost.

Training for workers is being given to help create skill full workers for the industry.

 

 

 

Packing area has been centralized for all of our customers to ensure smooth packing of goods. The Packing hall has been divided in to three sections according to nature of packing required by our customers. The sections are Bulk Packing, Team Business & Packing with Assortments.

• Capacity for Pressing: 4 Press Stations.
• Capacity for Final Checking: 10 Checking Tables.
• Capacity of Packing: 8 Packing Tables.

 

 

 

Strong checks at every process of manufacturing starting from testing & inspection of raw material, knitting, greige fabric inspection, processing, finished fabric inspection, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and packing are in place to ensure that the final product is as per customer`s requirement(s).

Pacific management has set very tight benchmark for each process of manufacturing. Fabric is checked on 4 point system & all the inline inspections are conducted on AQL 1.5. Finally an independent internal audit team is there which conducts final inspection on AQL 2.5.

A dedicated sampling department works round the year to keep up with the pace of evolving customer tastes and urgent sampling needs.

The specially designated sampling unit has in unit, cutting, stitching, packaging & finishing.
